Click here to download a brochure to sponsor an Angel Tribute ornament in honor or memory of someone special who has touched your life.The sponsored angels will adorn the Bethlen Communities Home Health and Hospice Remembrance Tree throughout the holiday season.Proceeds from your sponsorship will benefit the Bethlen Communities Home Health and Hospice "Wish Fund." The Wish Fund will allow for "extras" in caring for patients and their families receiving Bethlen Hospice services. A Remembrance Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held on Sunday\, December 3 at 5:30 pm at the Home Health and Hospice offices\, 327 West Vincent Street\, Ligonier.
