Although others have claimed they are the home of the banana split, evidence shows that Latrobe is the top banana! For years the debate raged on, until historians came to the conclusion that the City of Latrobe was where the Banana Split was invented!
The weekend includes vendors, food, exhibits, the Outdoor Adventure Arena with climbing wall, inflatables, wood & ice carving, and activities, entertainment, baking & pie eating contests, football, the Yellow Tie Gala, the 5K Banana Run, Color Dash, Car Cruise, Kids Corner, The Clarks LIVE, Fireworks, and MORE.
