Make it Matter Regional Conference

In partnership with the University of Pittsburgh Greensburg and Live! Casino Pittsburgh, the inaugural event will provide participants with valuable insights on the importance of diversity and how strategically managing inclusion is critical to regional employers, managers, HR professionals and executive leaders.
Local leaders are also lining up to provide their support for the Make it Matter Regional Conference including Westmoreland County Commissioner Ted Kopas, and Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce president, Dan DeBone,
Participants of the conference will learn how to gain an economic advantage and drive transformational performance and growth in your organization.

National Strategist, Melanie Miller of Melanie Miller & Associates will serve as the keynote speaker. In her experience in sales and advertising for corporate America, Miller has integrated multi-facets of leading, managing and leveraging organizational strength through intentional acts of inclusive leadership.
Jim Link has also been added as a featured speaker.  He is the Chief Human Resources Officer for SHRM, the largest HR professional association in the world and the leading voice for matters related to workers and the workplace.

The Conference offers participants both a one-day ($150) and two-day pass ($250) for all sessions.  There are also a limited number of sponsorship packages that provide maximum benefits to local companies and organizations.
