2027 National Civics Bee

Monday, April 19, 2027
Greater Latrobe High School Auditorium

Join us for the local competition of the National Civics Bee, an exciting and educational event where students will demonstrate their knowledge of American history, government, and civic responsibilities! This competition offers young minds the opportunity to showcase their understanding of critical civic topics, including the U.S. Constitution, the structure of government, the rights and duties of citizens, and the history that has shaped the nation's political landscape.

The event will bring together students from across the community, who will compete in a series of thought-provoking rounds, including multiple-choice questions, written essays, and live quizzes. Participants will be tested on their ability to answer questions that challenge their understanding of U.S. government systems, landmark Supreme Court cases, and the roles of federal, state, and local officials.

This competition is an excellent opportunity for students to engage in civics education, meet like-minded peers, and advance to higher levels of the National Civics Bee.
