This session will review financial statements and their interpretation for both publicly traded and not-for-profit companies. The role of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and how Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) allow for consistent accounting among companies will be discussed.
*Session will count for 1.5 continuing education credits/hours by the Institute for Supply Management and Society for Human Resource Management
