Child Care Roundtable: Building a Stronger Workforce

The Greater Latrobe-Laurel Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce invites our members to attend a Child Care Roundtable hosted by the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce. This event will bring together employers, workforce partners, and early childhood education leaders to address one of today's most important workforce challenges: access to affordable, reliable child care.

Child care is a workforce issue that directly impacts employee recruitment, retention, attendance, and productivity. Attendees will learn about employer child care resources and incentives, assistance available to working families, successful employer strategies, and opportunities for community partnerships.
