UN Happy Hour

While the gap between men's and women's wages has narrowed gradually over time, it has remained nearly stagnant this century. Because women earn less, on average, then men, they must work longer for the same amount of pay. Latrobe Business and Professional Women want you to help spread the word to reduce this wage gap. Stand strong with working women in Latrobe and Westmoreland County Together we can bring awareness to the gender wage gap and make strides to achieve equality in the workplace for all women. Please wear red to symbolize how far in the red we remain and to bring awareness of pay equality for women and minorities.
