eCommerce Order Picker & Packer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented eCommerce Order Picker & Packer to join our fulfillment team. This role is responsible for accurately picking products, carefully packing them for shipment, and processing orders for delivery. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack products securely for shipment according to company standards.
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
• Use basic computer software to process and track orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move around for the majority of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., printing labels, checking order details).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or eCommerce environment is a plus but not required.
