Soil to Supper at Saint Vincent College

LATROBE, PA – Saint Vincent College will host a Soil to Supper event next month inside the Fred M. Rogers Center on campus.

The public dinner event scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, at 6 p.m., will feature a five-course meal prepared by an executive chef. Complimentary wine tasting is available with each course. Tickets cost $125 and can be purchased online. Preregistration is required. Vegetarian options are available.

With the theme “Grown by Neighbors, Shared by Neighbors,” the event celebrates the land, the people and the community that nourishes us.

Soil to Supper brings together locally sourced ingredients from nearby farms brought to the table and shared among the neighbors, friends and community members who call this region home.

Rooted in the tradition of Benedictine hospitality, Saint Vincent has long believed that the table is a place of generosity, community and belonging. That spirit will be alive in every dish served during the Soil to Supper event.

Whether you’re a longtime friend of Saint Vincent or coming to campus for the first time, there’s a place set for you. Come hungry, come curious and come ready to connect with the people and farms that make this place home.
